Our jewellery line features two types of stress-reducing pieces: the Fidget and the Breathe. The Fidget is a series of rings, necklaces and key rings with interchangeable items that provide a tactile distraction to help calm and soothe the mind. The Breathe is a necklace with an elegant small tube that individuals can use for mindful breathing exercises to help reduce stress and anxiety.
